A very surreal moment indeed, for who is the dreamer now? This simple pen & ink pict uses the crosshatching ink drawing technique. An original piece of gothic art that is focused on the pure juxtaposition of horror and beauty -- a revisiting of King Kong and the beautiful young girl theme (etc.), just in a different sort of symbolic format. Horror vs. beauty is a symbolic argument from waaaay back in time, echoed throughout our entire human history. PLEASE NOTE: the frames were purposefully distressed for effect.
